The Executive Chairman of Isoko South Local Government Council, Hon. Ovoke Warri, has felicitated with the First Lady of Delta State, Her Excellency Deaconess Mrs. Tobore Oborovwori, on the occasion of her birthday anniversary.
In a goodwill message made available to the newsmen, Hon. Warri Ovoke described the Delta State First Lady as a mother of all, whose compassion, humility, and selfless service have continued to positively impact the lives of women, children, and the less privileged across the state.
Hon. Ovoke Warri particularly commended Her Excellency in her capacity as the Chairperson of the “You Matter Charity Foundation,” noting that the foundation has become a strong platform of hope, empowerment, and humanitarian intervention for many Deltans.
According to him, Deaconess Tobore Oborovwori remains a dependable pillar of support to her husband, His Excellency, the Executive Governor of Delta State, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborovwori, contributing immensely to the success and stability of the current administration through her prayers, counsel, and unwavering encouragement.
“On behalf of the government and good people of Isoko South Local Government Area, I celebrate our dear Mama Delta, a woman of virtue, grace, and compassion. Her passion for charity and human development continues to inspire many,” Hon. Ovoke Warri stated.
He prayed for God’s continued blessings, good health, wisdom, and long life for the First Lady as she marks another year, wishing her many more fruitful years in service to God and humanity.
