The Isoko North women have vowed to mobilize in mass support of Engr Ashakah Maro Orobosa bid for the Isoko North State Constituency seat in the 2027 general election.
This comes as consultations for the position intensify, with Ashakah gathering unflinching support from various groups and party leaders. The women’s support is seen as a significant boost to his campaign in the Constituency.
Mrs Afor Ilaya, coordinator for the women support groups, announced that 1,300 volunteers have been carefully selected across the 13 wards in Isoko North Constituency. These volunteers will lead the charge in mobilizing support for Ashakah’s, Gov. Oborevwori and president Tinubu candidacy.
The women are committed to ensuring Ashakah’s victory in the All Progressive Congress (APC) party primaries and the subsequent general election. They are ready to rally behind him and any other candidate he may endorse.
Ilaya emphasized the importance of unity among Isoko North women in supporting Ashakah’s aspirations. The group is determined to work tirelessly to ensure his success for the best interest of Isoko North people.
