The State Director of Protocol, Delta State, Chief Sunday Onoriode, has warmly congratulated Her Excellency, the Wife of the Delta State Governor, Deaconess Tobore Oborevwori on the joyous occasion of her birthday.
In his goodwill message on Thursday 5th February, 2026, Chief Onoriode described the First Lady as compassionate and a pillar of hope whose life of service continues to uplift countless lives across the state.
He commended her visionary leadership as Founder of the “You Matter Charity Foundation,” noting that the initiative has become a beacon of support for women, widows, elderly, children, and the girl-child in Delta State.
According to him, Her Excellency has truly embodied the role of a mother to all, consistently offering prayers for the state, showing deep care for Deltans, and transforming lives through selfless humanitarian service.
