The Delta State Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Development Agency (DEMSMEDA) has congratulated the Executive Director (Business Development) of the Nigeria Export-Import (NEXIM) Bank, Ms. Stella Okotete, on the occasion of her 42nd birth anniversary.
In a congratulatory message dated April 20, 2026, the agency, on behalf of its Board, Management and Staff, described Okotete as a valued partner whose contributions have significantly strengthened collaboration between NEXIM Bank and DEMSMEDA.
The message, signed by the Executive Secretary/Chief Executive Officer of DEMSMEDA, Dr. Godwin Adolor, noted that Okotete, a proud daughter of Delta State, has continued to play a key role in fostering strategic partnerships that support the growth and development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs).
According to the agency, her unwavering commitment to creating opportunities for entrepreneurs and advancing MSME development has remained a source of inspiration.
“As a proud daughter of Delta State, you have remained a valued partner to our projects and a strong influence in fostering strategic collaboration between NEXIM Bank and the Agency. Your unwavering support for MSME development and your commitment to creating opportunities for entrepreneurs continue to inspire us,” the statement read.
DEMSMEDA further prayed for renewed strength, good health and greater grace for the celebrant as she marks another year, expressing hope that the new age would bring her joy and fulfillment in all her endeavours.
The agency added that Delta State is proud of her contributions, reiterating its appreciation for her continued support and partnership.
